If you live in a development with more than 30% rentals - you might as well stop trying to sell your condo. Fannie & Freddie won't touch it. This is a big issue in the urban areas where rentals are popular - downtown, West End, Music Row, Hillsboro Village. FHA is an option for some...IF the development qualifies. And most banks won't portfolio a condo right now. It's kind of scary what's happening out there. I’m having serious issues with local urban condo loans right now.
