Had a great meeting with a client in Watertown/Grant TN.
Such a beautiful part of the state, Grant is about 50 miles east of Nashville. We looked at 5 homes and had a great time. There are some solid opportunities to buy a home with 3 or 4 acres, creeks, wildlife and views… for under $200,000.00 About a 45 minute drive to downtown Nashville, probably 35 to the airport.
